Bipolar Membrane Electrolyzers

Bipolar Electrolyzers are modular in design, with a single element concept. Bipolar Electrolyzers has a number of advantages, including low investment, low energy consumption, long service life and a enables long-term storage of pre-assembled and fully tested elements.
A combination of multiple cell elements combined into a single steel frame, in which they are lighted pressed together for electrical contact, is called “the Electrolyzer”. In a single element design, each element comprises anode and cathode half-shells, electrodes, a membrane, flanges, and the sealing system. Each single-element is sealed using a set of metallic flanges, a set of bolting elements and two EPDM gaskets.
Elements are tested prior to operation to ensure it is 100% leakproof. This modular concept allows for individual single elements to be removed from the electrolyzer without affecting the seal as well as any other element within the electrolyzer.

Main Features

Closed Circulating Water System

 

Cooling water circulation system is composed of cooling water tank, cooling water pump plate heat exchanger, butterfly valve, pipe and other heat exchange devices.
It is corollary equipmen for water electrolysis hydrogen production system, hydrogen purification (drying) system or other cooling water systems,
and it will use external industrial low temperature water to cool cooling water,
so the quality-stable closed cycle cooling water can be provided to the running system,
which will help to increase the temperature of the electrolysis of water electrolysis equipment stability and service life of the cooling water pipe and heat exchanger.
The device covers a small area with high heat exchange efficiency.
The main pump and standby pump can be automatically switched, featured with high degree of automation and strong stability.

 

Hydrogen Bus Bar

 

Hydrogen bus bar is a hydrogen distribution system independently developed by Xiamen Zhongxinda Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
It is installed after the installation of the hydrogen generator.
It can monitor the pressure of each hydrogen storage tank, alarm interlock, and achieve automatic distribution, storage and extraction of multiple storage tanks.
The system has the characteristics of reasonable layout, structure connection and high degree of automation,
